As a point of interest, if anybody owns Russ Huff's book on pilot badges, there is a Deumer marked FJ badge on page 44 w/ an identical mm. This book dates from 1981 I believe. With these two badges, if the center of a sliding scale is "I don't know" and the right is "definitely real", the left "definitely fake", I have always leaned more to the left of center w/ the pilot and more to the right w/ the radio. I certainly see what looks like casting in the PB pics. My camera can't get extreme closeups, but in the flesh this badge just looks poorly struck. I don't really care one way or the other w/ either of these. I have them in a shoe box in my closet. I've always just been curious
