... Ed, now that's what I call, art...

Here is the polished version. She's a little worn, but still beautiful..

Thanks for the kind words. May I see the front shot of your Eagle?

Does anyone know why some have holes and some do not?(keep it clean now)

                    dear friends,

                    I totally agree with you!!

Juncker's badges with thin wreaths are the best atractiv pieces in one collection, as Ferrari.

I like also early Assmann pilot thin wreath.

If you look closed to these holes, you will see they are differents because they were done by handmade.

                        Hello Gentleman,

Opinions please on price points for one of these rare birdies ( Sorry Eric your not included because yougot a deal )

I was offered a mint one, I mean pristine for $1,500.00.

Is that where these are at know of days? BTW no question on originality of the piece that I speak of.

                        Cordially Yours,
                        JD

                          Hi JD,

I think $650-$950 uncased. I could be way off base, but I also think it is based supply and demand. But...... if I had $1,500 in my pocket and a nice cased badge in my hand......I might just go for it! (dont tell my wife!)

                          Best,

                          Ed

P.S. Do you have any pictures of the $1500.00 badge?

                            Josephine ,
I would expect one nowadays in good, not great or pristine (pristine Josephine? Hmmm...) to fetch around $1G uncased. Rare as they are, $1500 seems alot for just the badge -
Maybe a mint one with its early case would loosen my wallet for that much, but not a standalone!
