Hello all, I recently purchased this flight bar from militaria Berlin. I am comfortable with the bar itself, but have a concern regarding the catch. I have a wire catch on an air to ground bar. The wire measures 1.45mm on both, but the base differs 6.1mm to 7mm. Do you believe the catch is factory or a replacement? Thanks

repaired for sure- you can see changes to the finish from the heat and also file marks which aren't associated with production -
Patrick, thanks for the reply. Your opinion confirms my concerns about the bar. I now have to decide if this is a keeper. These bars are difficult to find in the US.Comment
