    Bronze zerstörer question

    Hello all, I recently purchased this flight bar from militaria Berlin. I am comfortable with the bar itself, but have a concern regarding the catch. I have a wire catch on an air to ground bar. The wire measures 1.45mm on both, but the base differs 6.1mm to 7mm. Do you believe the catch is factory or a replacement? Thanks

    repaired for sure- you can see changes to the finish from the heat and also file marks which aren't associated with production

      Patrick, thanks for the reply. Your opinion confirms my concerns about the bar. I now have to decide if this is a keeper. These bars are difficult to find in the US.
