You won't find complete consensus on this badge. It's certainly an S&L zinc S-Boat (for some reason with the finish completely polished out of existence), but the jury is out whether assembled in late wartime or post-war. It doesn't help that we know S&L engaged in post-war assembly of their Hilfskreuzer.
Here's the 7-page discussion on these from 2012 and nothing much has changed since then:

They are the most common and least desirable of S-Boat badges, but the rare examples of this design without the "o" mark and with better finish are, in my opinion, more likely to be wartime production. Certainly S&L ordered tooling for the 1st pattern S-Boat from Wissmann in January, 1942, but they never made the 2nd pattern S-Boat when it was introduced a year later.
