    Hello Craig,

Yes maybe TODAY for an attributed one, but in 2001/2002 the middle market price for one without attribution was 15.000 Euros/US Dollars.

    Regards,

Craig.the cremer badge is item 9341 on Heuskins site...he must have heard us talking about it.It is now 18000 euros.Supposed to have come direct from the family with other Cremer items.A lot of Cremer's effects were sold at the may 2004 Hermann Historica auction they included his RK.estimate was 16000 euros..i dont know what they went for.Mike

        Hi Mike,

A fantastic piece of history for someone if it is 100%. I would love to collect all of the diamond badges, wow what a collection that would be, imagine if money was no object! One day...

        All the best,

            Hi Trent,

Oddly enough I was just looking the price up in Detlev's book, it is only 20,000 euros, it's cheaper than we thought!
OK, but can we keep it at my house?

              Greetings,
Gentlemen. You have broken my heart. This seemed like such an obvious next acquisition. And so reasonably priced at $9 opening bid. Well, I will save my pocket change, because there are rumors about a jewel inlaid pilot’s badge recently unearthed at a former LW airfield in Poland. I hear it is in “like new” condition.
              Best Regards,
              Chris

                Chris,

You have to be careful with any badge these days and anything with a diamond in it, has 99.7% (if not higher) chance of being a reproduction. Before buying anything please post pictures here first, if it looks new, it probably is....

The 'Cremer' U-Boot badge with diamonds is not an original one.

The U-Boat badge with Diamonds came in a blue box with raised plinth.

U-Boat with Diamonds (Ebay 2292911115) appears to have sold for $1,000. Très triste.
