Looks like an S&L zincer with replaced hinge and main pin but likely with the original catch. Another possibility is post-war assembly of S&L leftovers.
Does the catch look like this?

Yes, it's a typical Lüdenscheid stock catch of the type used by S&L, Deumer and GWL. The wide-flanged sheet metal hinge is certainly also seen in wartime but never on any S&L KM badge that I can recall. In fact, it's the typical hinge and pin used by Souval among others.
In the end I would call your badge a potentially "wartime compatible" zinc S&L Minesweeper but possibly replaced hinge and pin or assembled post-war from leftover components. It's certainly an interesting variant.
