Challenging photos, but looks like a typical "5-feather" U-Boat zincer with replaced hinge and main pin. Not much known about them, more here:

When I rotated your images and lightened them up for a better look, it doesn't look like the hinge and pin are actually replacements but rather are simply re-attached?

I agree, it looks like controversial 5-feather u-boat with repaired hardware.
