What is important to note I think is the fake "bubbling" that fakes are showing these days. This is not hard to do, I believe all they have to add is some grit to the finish to make it look like a bubble, when it is really just material under the dots....

I agree with you re faking bubbling but in this case, where 2 repros show the same "bubbling" in the same places, I think the effect is probably in the die (or mold). Sand/grit mixed into the finish would be randomly dispersed when applied.

I agree that the last badge posted is fine.
