Well, looks like a good fake french made badge to me.
No seriously, these badges are highly controversial. Some believe, and some don´t. I would not want one of these badges in my collection. Yours however, looks like an accepted variant by that maker.
Quite a bit to read, but here are some pro and contra regarding these:

Please show us these proofs then. I think quite a few collectors are interested to see them.

I read in a magazine which the Bacqueville factory did not want to admit after the war which it had made badges for German not to be accused of collaboration. But the workers who worked on it confirmed the manufacturing of these badges during the war.
More numerous veterans of the war recovered badges bacqueville at the end of the war, mine results from a ancient collection made by a Resistance fighter.
What then your arguments to say that these badges were made after the war? What adorned me improbable because I do not see the interest
to make that after war, the German badges was not desired as now!!
Excuse me for my english

In the end, it is up to each collector to decide and if they are happy with this series of badges, that is perfectly fine. Nobody can prove without a doubt a lot about this hobby.
Your explanation has been stated before as have many others. You can spend a bit a time catching up on all these posts and you will probably enjoy the read.
