      A Baqueville badge.

IMHO. Looking at Gordon Williamson's book

Torpedo Los I believe this may be a Baquiville badge.

I was wrong: I focused too much on the obverse to realize that hinge was not of typical characteristic of Baquiville. Sorry,
      Regards,

        Justin,

this is definately not a French made badge.
IMO it is a good looking zinc badge by Klein & Quenzer.

        Regards,Martin.

I see it now. I am sorry; the HINGE was the key.
          I am trying.

          Bacqueville has that unique hinge.

          Sorry,

            Hi Justin,
no need to apologise mate.Heck,we all make mistakes, all part of the learning process, and beleive me,we are all still learning.
Besides,i might be wrong in my assessment of this badge.

            Cheers,Martin.
