It looks original to me but I am not an expert.

IMHO. Looking at Gordon Williamson's book

Torpedo Los I believe this may be a Baquiville badge.

I was wrong: I focused too much on the obverse to realize that hinge was not of typical characteristic of Baquiville. Sorry,

IMO it is a good looking zinc badge by Klein & Quenzer.
