I can only agree. This is definitely a fake. I saw this exact kind of fake a few months ago at the Berea, Ohio gun show. The front is close, and the maker markings will look correct, but the reverse displays the typical flaws of a casting. The pin is not quite correct and neither is the catch. The color of the fire-gilding is off and the base metal of this fake is a modern white metal alloy instead of tombak bronze. A bit of a scary fake, but as long as you examine it carefully, the flaws will be obvious.
