U-boat Badge

Hello,
What you have is one of the so-called French produced type of U-boat badge. Now comes the argument, were these produced war-time or post-war. I agree with the former and I happen to like these quirky badges.

Authentic Morgeon/Bacqueville U-Boot badge as opposed to fake Morgeon/Bacqueville.
But are they 2 WW period pieces ?
