Believe this to be as follows:

Order HV36. No 375 dated 30th April 1936, all civilian personnel working for the army or navy were permitted to wear a distinctive badge on the left lapel of the jacket or coat “to promote the feeling of belonging to the armed forces”.

Normally found with stick pin arrangement

      Thanks for information.
Is it possible to have a value for this badge? I must give a price to buy it.

It has been my experience that everytime the buyer gives the price, the deal goes badly. If the seller wants to sell it, try to get him to give you the initial price he wants then either buy it, negotiate, or forget it.

In my opinion these badges are not worth that much, the rarer ones are the ones in gold which were issued for 25 years service. AAll cilvilians working for the military giot the silver. The ones in gold are around maybe $60. This one I would probably give around $20-30 depending on how much I wanted it.
