Today, yes. Back then it worked, there are some hand vaulted zinc badges.

I am not in Krigs badges and I am going to put it on e-stand, what is a fair price
for one in this condition.

Hi Alikn nice original and hard to find

Would agree with Frank most U-boat awards were flat and bent by the reciever. If you look on the reverse just behind the gun you can vaguely make out the marks from the tool used same with the other side. All the best
