I read somewhere on the forum that Meybauer U-boat badges not very common, ...is that right?
...are those L/13's allways convex?

Today, yes. Back then it worked, there are some hand vaulted zinc badges.

Hi Alikn nice original and hard to find Would agree with Frank most U-boat awards were flat and bent by the reciever. If you look on the reverse just behind the gun you can vaguely make out the marks from the tool used same with the other side. All the best
