HJ armband question

In the following link if you scroll down, you will notice a HJ-Flak helper PRINTED Hitler Youth arm band from one of the Baltic States (Estonia or Latvia), so if those were produced why not a regular (economy) pattern HJ arm band? Also German Red Cross Armbands existed in both variaties according to Angolia's book on DRK.

Yes, I have found printed HJ Armbands from US veterans. Rare, but they did exist, but as with any printed item when nice woven originals are plentiful, who cares.
