Straight from the manufacturer – not messed with, or period repaired by a veteran, or a veteran want-to-be, or by anyone else.

I know I am not supposed to advertise on this site but – if you want it contact me ASAP – to my knowledge none of the major collectors and I mean none!! – have this in their collection.

While I have never handled one of these very rare items I will make my opinion noted regarding this insginia. The packaging is obviously late late....late war but I do have some concerns over the insignia itself. Comparing this to some I have seen at the MAX and SOS I note that the feathering pattern is somewhat different than the normal accepted pattern as is the design of the eyeball. Despite this and other comments it would look great sewn to a nice Heer uniform.....let me go find my checkbook.
