I have to say after studying these for a long time, I do NOT agree with ALIK N. It is easy to see the dies are different for each badge posted(in the 4 set above frame #9) , and they, although similar in their approach of the badge , regardless of hand finishing , do not resemble each other when closer scrutinized.
As`far as the gold unfinished version, Regardless of the story, once you check the price asked for this monstrosity , its pride of ownership at such a dear price , makes it merely an albatross of the CLTB's,a immense risk at that kinda jack, and at that point makes it pointless to do anything but look at, and i'm sure we are all thinking the same of it.
In regard to the souval question for the first one in this thread, it appears likely a copy of a different style of an earlier version. (as these styles changed through time and manufacturers , and i am unaware of any substantial proof of a wartime souval making this type or any being attributed to any wartime versions, but maybe the post war souval, but his were all sold as repros, then sold by unscrupulous dealers as originals back in the 60's on.
