Difficult question! While some people might not be too concerned about a repaired badge, many if not most serious, "purist-type" collectors like to get badges that are perfect "textbook' examples. If your badge was in perfect condition, it might sell for between $250-300, maybe even more to the right person. But with the repaired/replaced pin, it might be hard to sell for $150. Maybe someone would pay $200 for the badge, because the finish is really nice on the front and therefore they would be willing to overlook the replaced pin. A friend of mine bought a Wiedmann Panzer Badge, with a replaced pin, at the recent MAX Show for $80. (It was a professional repair, too, with the pin soldered directly to the hinge pin, just like an original setup. The only way you could tell that the pin was not original was because it was too thin of gauge.)
Best regards,
Tom
