Silver Anti-partisan Badge

I sold this badge many years ago and just got it back when I bought the whole collection. I'm having a hard time dealing with anyone not really liking this badge. I can find nothing to indicate that this is anything other then an original badge. Somebody please shoot me.

I am by far an expert on these, but I have studied them quite a bit before I bought mine. I have a couple of concerns about this badge. First, the squared off hilt at the top of the wreath. Second, the hinge looks strange. I can't quite place it, but it looks wrong.
I hope more experienced folks will chime in. I hope for your sake I'm wrong, but I wouldn't want this one in my collection.

I have an interesting story for you. About 10 years ago at the "Show of Shows," I walked by three of the most knowledgeable badge guys in the world, who were having a discussion. They were arguing about a Anti-partisan badge in gold. These three guys who were suppose to be the best in their feilds could not decide rather the badge was real or not. They had a combined knowledge of over 100 years collectiong and dealing and couldn't agree on the badge. No conclusion was reached.
