My research on this Forum is telling me that these two badges are original. I would appreciate opinions to confirm or question that, please.
1. IAB (S) marked in raised letters "C" over" W" by Carl Wild. Solid, zinc, flat badge with most of the nice silver plating to both sides still present, showing some bubbling. Great detail showing well-defined rifle, leaf veins, acorns and eagle talons, etc. Solid areas around the swastika arms and separation between the swastika and rifle. Curved hinge base plate soldered directly to the raised guide lip on the reverse top of the badge. The round wire retaining clasp device is soldered to a rectangular plate which is soldered to the badge plate. Finished, pointed pin.
