    Shooting lanyards

    I recently picked up nine shooting lanyards out of an old collection thats slowly parting.
    I am looking to obtain information on each, and current values if possible?
    Can you also let me know in some detail what emblem, color, acorns, ect signify?
    L-R
    -Wehrmacht eagle, w/crossed sabers, silver braid
    -same as above, with two acorns
    -Panzer, gold braid, large acorn in gold
    -Wehr., gold emblem, silver braid,gold slides
    -Luftwaffe, silver braid
    -Luftwaffe,brown and silver twisted braid
    -Wehr., Army,silver braid
    -Wehr, Army, green braid with silver speckles
    -three gold acorns(Hunting ?) dark green and silver speckles braid
    Sorry for photos, I can try and get more light another day if one needs more shots.

          ken. can you post better pics eg close ups of the cords on each. the backings on each. close ups on all shields. sorry i know alot of work but i have doughts on some of them. if you do a search please check out the accepted amount of cord twists. should be 14. there are some other good threads on waf. im not sure if mine are still on the collections thread when i had a load of lanyards.

              From here, from the left to the right, 1,2 and 5 (and 6?) look ok to me.

                Geil, after checking old threads I wouldnt disagree.
                I will take clear shots of those four we have targeted that have a chance.

                              Hi Ken,

                              imo these four are good, but the luftwaffe with the grey cord is probably a combination of lw and heer. The other lanyards at the end of your first post could also be good, but with the wrong insigne on them...
