    Deschler 1.7.4 CCC

    Hi guys,

Well, I thought I had found a nice upgrade to my Deschler 1.7.4 CCC (waffle crimp). Once I got it in hand and inspected it however, I was quite disappointed and needless to say she is headed back to the dealer for a refund. Can anyone spot why this clasp is going back to the dealer?

Some statistic: Catch, pin and hinge are magnetic.

Hint: It is an original clasp, no doubt about it, and not a well made reproduction.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Is the backplate not magnetic as it should be?

              Tom,

It looks like the backplate cutout is far too low.

Both crimps on the right side were reworked, because the back plate flew out once?
                    Kind regards,

I thought re-nazified from the weirdness around the claws but looking again I don't think it is. Perhaps the finish, it looks painted.

Okay Tom, I always suck at your games...but my guess is that the backplate has been tampered with possibly reinstalled
