Not necessarily, there were some AGMuK makers that did indeed use a bright bronze finish, but the majority chose to use a darker brennlack finish. You do see the Ludenscheid based makers using a brighter finish more consistently and I just think it was a regional thing rather than anything else. It is clear that all the Ludenscheid based makers shared hardware and even design concepts, for instance using 1 vertical crimp along the entire length of each side of the backplate (GWL, F&BL, FLL, S&L, H&CL, etc.) No other maker, other than Hobacher uses a side crimp along the entire length, and IMO was a regional collaboration of sorts between CCC makers. Same thing with the finishes.
A good example of a bright finish on an AGMuK would be the 1.3.1s. They used a very bright finish on the entire clasp, then overlaid the obverse with a darker finish to provide a two-toned, artificially worn look.
