    A couple of s

    I have beefed up my GAB collection over christmas and I still have a few more to arrive. These two were a long time coming, but it was worth the wait.

    First one is a very nice semi hollow Frank & Reif.

      BH Mayer GAB

      The second badge is a BH Mayer hollow tombak badge. The sheet metal hinge has the two 45 degree cuts and the weight of 14.1 grams is spot on for this type of Mayer badge.

        The reverse to the badge. One thing that the badge lacks which everyone likes on these BH Mayer badges is that frosty finish.

            The F&R is a superb example. As for the B.H. Mayer, you can never go wrong with buntmetal.
