First one is a very nice semi hollow Frank & Reif.

BH Mayer GAB

The second badge is a BH Mayer hollow tombak badge. The sheet metal hinge has the two 45 degree cuts and the weight of 14.1 grams is spot on for this type of Mayer badge.
