I feel lot better and I have study my RS Heeres Flak Badge .
The Eagles wing touching the barrell :
That looks like a rest of metal from die . When I look at it only a thin metal piece on on back is holding wing and barrell together . There should have been a space between .
Hooked beak on eagle :
I have study this to . like Craig wrote : This is also an left over bit of metal . And make the beak look more hooked from back .
On side of whreat it look like it has been some sort of handfinishing . But this is really difficult to se from back .
