    Hymmen IAB

Scott's BM Hymmen reminded me I forgot to post my zink Hymenn. Pruchased it a month ago and I'm very happy with it. The badge is close to mint and has a polished front. Back has the early set up, same like the BM variants.
I hope you guys like it

Are u sure its a zink badge?

They usually have the plates under the hinge and catch.

Yes, it's zink but with an early set up

              From my point of view:

The only bad thing about it is that it's not mine

Thats correct Giel. The early zinkers will feature the same set-up as the BM badges the exact same thing can be observed in the 2 pattern daisy IAB's and PAB's that used the exact same set-up of Hymmen.

Based upon recent grounddug Daisy PAB's in the Lüdenscheid area it's safe to assume that there must have been somekind of collaboration between Hymmen and the Daisy maker.

A very nice badge indeed. I just acquired this one, does anybody know the maker?

                    Regards,

                          Dear Anthony,

Is that patina or finish on the reverse ?

                            Hi Philippe,

It seems to be a Bronze lacquered finish.

                            Regards,

                            Anthony

I just got my collection out and saw that it was a BH Mayer, I have a spare one that I will put on the estand soon.
