Hi Mort,
Your clasp is a 3rd Pattern Rudolf Souval clasp with no crimping to the backplate. In my opinion these are leftover wartime stock completed by Souval after the war for the Souvenier trade. It uses the 2nd Pattern wartime die, but the backplate was never installed.
