I know, that these medals are unmarked mainly, but have found a marked piece, with L/11 Deumer code on the ring (a few threads lower a colleague has shown a piece marked "19").
For me it looks all right. Has anyone seen a medal like this? And secons question, what is the disc sewed to the ribbon back? (it's paper with metal border).

Seldom seen with an LdO number stamped into the suspension ring. There are also a few Deumer-made Anschluß Medals that have the 'L/11' stamped into the rim of the medal at the six o'clock position. IMO that disc is a postwar addition and probably nothing more than someone's inventory number.
