Medal Bars from the MAX Show

Of the three medal bars, this police five-placer is my favorite. It's actually a hard choice for me, but I have always had an affinity for police bars. And it is always interesting when a bar starts with something other than an EK2. I also find it particularly interesting when a bar displays a divergence from the order of precedence regulations. On this particular medal bar, the Prussian 15-Year Long Service Cross for Unteroffizier should actually be placed before the Police 25-Year Long Service Cross, since a military long service decoration takes precedence over a civil long service decoration. However, by mounting the two long service decorations in the incorrect order, the bar is much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Doesn't it look great with the Police 25-Year Long Service Cross smack-dab in the middle of the bar? Was this simply a mistake by the assembler, or did the assembler take a bit of "artistic license" to make the bar look its best.
Best regards,

I see this as the bar of an Oberst, and he may have even made Generalmajor during WW2.
