The question asked before is valid... the designer name on the Souval medal makes sense... but why is the name of the Italian medal producer on the Souval medal?

Looks like the Souval piece is a copy of the Italian one.

Hard to answer, because we don't know why Souval kept the Lorioli name on his medals. Not only on the wartime production, but only in the post war and in the '57 production too! It's a mistery, probably due to some Agreement the producers made between them, maybe for the design... Who knows!
The other german maker didn't use "Lorioli" and "De Marchis", but he change the design; even in this case we know nothing about.
