Here is a better view of the obverse. There is no maker mark on the suspension ring.

This is a little hard to see, but it is the recipient's name penciled in on the reverse of the issue envelope. "Willi Ludewig"

and the best thing of all, here is the Besitzzeugnis that came with this medal. It is a scarce version of a Russian Front Medal award document printed up specifically for Panzer Artillerie Regiment 80. The recipient is Uffz. Willi Ludewig. The eagle ink stamp is that of Panz. Art. Rgt. 80, and the document is signed by the regimental commander, Oberst Helmut von Scotti.
