Need Ribbon ID'

Not anything of an official nature (that I know of)......of course, it could have gone on one of those Carnaval medals or Shooting awards....however, notice that the ribbon is sewn with a "double threaded" needle (?).......something that is typically American but very un-typical for Eurpoean sewing technique...
Probably just found it's way into the lot, I'm afraid.....
I might be wrong, of course....

PS Just saw the St. Maurice reply....possible, but originally the color was as Green as the enamel arms of the St. M & St. L., could be badly faded I guess....

I would have to agree that this ribbon found it way into the group.
Most likely something out of a Lodge or Masonic order and like Mainemilitaria said US in Origin
The order of St Maurice and Lazarus was very high end more so than what this ribbon looks like.
