    Good observation Jeremy. I wish I could answer your question but since myself is puzzling all the time about this weird combination I would like to hear from other experts. Here is a photo of the reverse and a COA came along with the bar.

          Two lufs are possible and did happen (not often though) but with this ribbon they are out of order as they should come after the Long service medals which with such a rare award pair one simply would not see.

          I find it odd the see the frozen meat on this bar as well as a doubt very few of the Lufs types would of gotten than.

          I wish there was a list of the 120+ winner of the first class lufs it would solve a large number of mysteries
