      Great collection Thomas

The only medal bar in my collection. From left, EK II, KVK II, Ostvolk medal 2nd class with swords in bronze and west wall medal. Because I collect WH foreign volunteer items, this will be the only one I'm going to keep for long.

Received this last week, been waiting patiently & it's broken my bank, not a crazy price or anything, but it's meant that i'll have to stop buying for a few weeks, well, stick to photos instead of medals at least.

Forgot to mention that the EKII is a one piece Schinkel.
              Here's the back.

                Hi Rhie

Interesting medalbar. Strange that your Ostvölker dosent have the "dish" on the reverse.

Heres a ribbonbar I think you will like. Notice that the silver II. kl. has been awarded twice, wich is typical for russians!

                Cheers Thomas

My latest arriwal - not one you encounter every day due to it being nonregulation waering the 25/40 together The piece has coherrent patina and theres nothing to suggest that these were manipulated!

                  Enjoy

Chet/ Thanks for your warm remark!

Thomas/ Wow, this is the first time that I see an actual Ostvolk medal ribbon bar. Thanks for sharing. And I've seen Ostvolk medals without 'dish' on the reverse side sometimes, so I have no misgiving about it....
