It looks like you might have a Czech Occupation Medal that is made of bronzed iron. Could you check it with a magnet? If it is magnetic, it is a very scarce piece.

just checked. Non-magnetic I'm afraid.

I don't know whether the Ostvolk awards in 9/10 are original or not but the way the bar is made (pin, stitching, ribbon mounting and backing) is typical of put together bars that I believe originated in Austria and appear regularly on E-Bay.
