If we exclude tan tropical one, the first thing that come up to my mind could be a green/blue summer one. Could be also not HBT. But LOOKS really not wool. No other idea at the moment. About tresse and collar patches, you know how they sometimes were "flexible"...!

This uniform photo has me baffled. Jürg has kindly sent me this enlargement to view. He is not wearing a tan tropical tunic. Also note the collar tabs and NCO tress present on the tunic. Unusual.... Opinions.....

Excellent find => and i like escpecially the Fw. Lohrmann connection (as he was one of the glider pilots at the Grann sasso operation => just fabulous and very nice to be able to place a face on the name )

Is there a possibility to make a detailed scan from mr. Lohrmann?
