        and finally the Pantherturm di Tavullia, the last line of defense of the German paratroopers, in twophotos (the arrow indicates the 204 Canadian Memorial) and in two contemporary drawings ogf the Canadian painter (Official Canadian War Artist) George Campbell Tinning....

                  here there is some discrepancy on the date: 30 August 1944 in the Volksbund, and September 1 in the death cards.... but it is always here in the dramatic day of the FallSch. Reg 4 between Point 204 and Pantherturm of Tavullia

                      Paratrooper only for a couple of months, and in the Fallschmirjager Regiment 4 only for 20 days here on the Goths, nevertheless it is a soldbuch that I really like for how it is really typical of the recruits that bleed the bleached fallschmirjager battalions of the 1 Fallscmirjager Division on the eve of the battle of Rimini, but especially for the place where this soldbuch it has stopped



                      Oswald Anderseck, first Fliger, then Flugmotoren-Schlosser, and finally
                      Fallschirmschütze. The change of the dogtag with that of a parachutist, the record of the capture in Italy....

                        Class 1918, motorenschlosser (motorist) of Groß Mochbern (Breslau-Wrocław). Soldbuch released 16 December 1941


                        His units:


                        from November 1941 to March 1942 ; Regimentsstab Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 53 in Tongeren Belgium

                        from March 1942 to September 1942: Flieger-technische Schule 2 München

                        from September 1942 to December 1943 in the Feldwerftabteilung derLuftwaffe z.b.V. 1

                        from December 1943 to June 1944 in the Feldwerftabteilung der Luftwaffe z.b.V. 2

                        and then switch to the paratroopers:

                        from July 1944 to the Fallschmirmschule IV of Salzweld then on August 8th 1944 he arrived in Italy assigned to the Fallschmirjager Reg. 4 of the 1 Falls. Division

                                8 august 1944; Oswald is in Italy assigned to the 14 company (anti-tank) of the Fallschmirm-Jager-Regiment 4, commanded by Oberleutnant Eckel Raimund (Panzervernichtungsabzeichen for the destruction of two Sherman tank in the Monte Cassino area on 19th March 1944)
