        I know it has been many years since this post and I came across this about D-Day Angoville and the 501 PR vs FSJ Rgt. 6.

        I can't help but wonder if the German officer stepping into the church and "crossing himself" was von der Heydte. The story says so much about the medics and also the FJ for following a code of chivalry.

        The CGI are basic in this; but, it was the most concise of the versions I saw:
