    fg42 and normandy

    Hello

    I like to know if they Fallschirmjägers used the FG42 model 2 to normandy or only the model 1 ?

      ive only seen pictures of the type 1 in normandy but im sure that type 2s were used as well.

        What FJ units used the FG42? Did FJR6 use FG42 during Normandy?

          im not sure exactly which units were issued the FG42, but yes, i have seen a pic of a feldwebel from FJR6 near carentan with an FG42 type 1.
