Sorry to say this, but I think this helmet should be discussed. It's good restoration job in my opinion....strange that nobody noticed any red flags on it..

I agree with you, the straps are not original in my opinion and camouflage paint too. It is strange that no one except you noticed this.

Unfortunately , the paint also bad, Roger..
I would ask the owner start the separate thread regarding this helmet ,where I could confirm all, if he really wants know truth about it.
