Such a great thread.
Bob Queen was one of the first dedicated collectors of Fallschirmjager related militaria that I ever had the opportunity to correspond with back in the late 80's. If I remember correctly, it was John Angolia who gave me Bob's contact details.
I remember speaking to Bob on the phone once and thinking afterwards that Bob's field of interest, namely items relating to the Army paratroopers, was particularly narrow.
How time has flown!
