    Hello Michael,
I also know the ID card and it is just as wrong. Otherwise, you always have good things, but this time you've got scrap. Can happen and you learn from it. But unmasking these fakes is really not easy. Since you have to know the matter really well and I do.

Untill you post here in your opinion "original" KZ Dachau Ausweis with detailed explanations why it is better than those already shown here - all you say are just words of anonymous member with unclear agenda...

If someone could show me how to upload pictures here, I'd like to upload an example of a real ID card.

            Hi,
Member Potsdam was kind enough to email a picture of what he says is an example of an original ID.

I'd like to post it here on his behalf and allow him to explain what to look for in originals of these items.

              Hello,
thanks for the upload. I have marked the significant places with arrows. With original identity cards one finds there clear interruptions of the line. The counterfeiters did not know that and therefore refrained from doing so.

                  Dear Herr Potsdam,

If this is the TRUTH you were talking about all these years, then I think you owe to all honest collectors of original historically importand KZ material, big big apologies.....

And best thing would be if you do it here and now..

I do not understand what you mean now. Prove now finally the authenticity of your 'ID'. Just tell the people who are listed there historically. I own the names of at least 25,000 - 30,000 people from the K.L. system and can not find both names. I also looked in the Bundesarchiv Berlin and found nothing there. Now it's your turn. Please, and go.

I do not collect these sort of documents and do not know much about them. I do recognise faked entries in Soldbücher, however this is different and I can not comment.

It is amazing however, how many emails and PM's I have received regarding this thread....comment.....delete it.....block it......WHY?

I am interested in the outcome, perhaps some people are sweating, maybe there is nothing to worry about.....either way, as Lionel has mentioned, keep it civil and share your knowledge....I want to learn more

                        Regards,
                        Ian

                          Hello,
These two badges have been circulating on the internet for years and will probably be sold on by one collector to another. Of course you get annoyed when you get cheated. But I can not change it and stress again that the parts are reproductions. At least the passport pictures are good.

                          Regards

With these Ausweis posted by Michael73, would the signature of Piorkowski be hand signed, or stamped onto the pass?
