    WP 44 HuD from France to Cassino (Stalingrad included?)

    a small lot with a "neutral" WP (a duplicate post mortem) but interesting for the certificate with a nice signature of his commander surrendered in Stalinrad and for many traces for read the history of this unfortunate young granadier of the 44 HuD Div. fell in Cassino

    unsigned ( released two months after his Death) Paul Plaufmer, born in 1918, lost his father in 1932, tailor ... his mother Mrs. Marie Gluch

      a parenthesis about the tailor! ... Marie subscribes in 1933 (Paul was 15 years old ) an apprenticeship contract with textile confederation of Ulm (Paul was there close to Munsingen) ...

                    instead easier the ISA for the third assault on Karkow .... that is about 5-6 months before arriving in Staligrado .of the 44 hUD Division ..... a map on two pages of the road of the 134 Gren. Reg. to Karkow to Stalingrad...

                              I go back to Wehrpass, They are not annotate the campaigns; the 44 HuD arrives in Italy in September 1943 to disarm the Italian Army in Sud Tirol .... here soldiers of the 44 HuD escorting Italian prisoners
