Looks like Fähnrich of some sort, no doubt changed Laufbahn or trade but remained the same rank in his new trade!

It looks like they forgot and missed off the d.R.

Fähnrich (Marine Artillerie) der Reserve mit Portepee.

Not so sure about the m.P. as I have never seen it actually written in the Soldbuch only on rank documents!

Yes that is his Wehrsoldgruppe/Pay group number. The higher the number the higher the rank.
Fähnrich corresponded with Gruppe 13, other ranks would be the rare during war time rank of Unterfeldwebel.
