Hello. I'd like to show a very nice Soldbuch of an Oberleutnant of I.R. 368. The SB has a very nice and sharp uniform photo attached.
The Officer was decorated with 9 (!) awards:
I like a lot the glued-in lists with the days for the Nahkampfspange and Sturmabzeichen.
A funny thing which cost me some hours to solve was the following:
Please have a closer look at the entries on page 3. Both entries were signed by someone with the name "Focke" and the signatures look almost the same.
But because of the slightly differences I didn't believe that it was the same person and started searching the Internet.
Finally I found the following page where two "Fockes" appear (Oberst Focke and Hauptmann Focke from I.R. 368, probably father and son):

That was a hard nut to crack.
