Hello guys,
I was going through a Wehrpass that I purchased a while back and finally decided to try and translate a letter the Oberleutnant wrote to the father of the deceased soldier. Although I can speak and translate decently (especially with the help of online tools), the hardest part for me still is actually deciphering the words in writing. I can't understand what the letters are with the way they write. I can read 1 of every 3-4 words, so getting a good translation is difficult. Any help/suggestions you guys can offer would be great.
Hopefully, if I can get this fully translated, it will help me when I decipher other Soldbucher and wehrpass. Because I am sure there are details in my Soldbucher that I am missing that could make the soldier's stories even more interesting.
Thanks!
